A powerful alkaline cleaner for effective removal of grease, carbon and oil from ovens, grills, deep fat fryers and food preparation equipment. It is suitable for both spraying and using in a dip-tank.

SPRAY CLEANING: For best results apply neat Oven Cleaner directly on to a warm oven (not hot) and allow to penetrate grease and carbon. Always spray the back of the oven first and work to the front. Leave for at least 20 minutes. Wipe or brush clean and rinse thoroughly with clean water. A second application may be necessary if soiling is very heavy.

DIP TANK: Can be diluted with up to 10 parts of water for use in a dip tank. Use cold or heated to approx 40 C.

Note: Do not allow product to dry on glass, plastic or aluminium surfaces. Rinse immediately if contact should occur.
